We believe it is time to CELEBRATE and THRIVE! Inviting our VIC WIDAC community together at the first event of the year to reset and welcome you into 2023 by setting (and kicking) some goals!
Goal setting is a powerful and intentional process of thinking about your future, motivating yourself and turning your vision into reality. Being purposeful and explicit keeps you moving, increases your happiness and benefits not just yourself, but your team and organisation. Whether you're setting personal goals or professional goals, our distinguished panel will share valuable experiences and takeaways of the process, pitfalls and challenges, experiences and lessons learned!
