Have you ever felt like you're waiting to be found out, that others have an inflated view of you, or that your success comes down to luck? Well, you're not alone. Research shows that up to 70% (!!!) of the population, both men and women, experience 'Imposter Syndrome' throughout their careers, and it can come at a high cost both professionally and personally.
Being able to recognise and talk about feelings of impostorism is a great first step towards overcoming it, and as such, we invite you to join us on Thursday 9th September for our 'Overcoming Imposter Syndrome' event at Blackbird Bar & Grill. Over a beautiful two-course lunch, we'll intimately explore imposter experiences and hear from our three incredible guest speakers about how it shows up in their life, and the tools they use to ensure their internal imposter is quietened.
When we truly own and appreciate our successes and who we are, we can change our internal narrative and lead from a place of confidence. The truth is, we may never banish these feelings entirely, but together we can build confidence on one simple truth – you are more capable than you think.
NOTE: We understand things are currently everchanging around the COVID restrictions in SEQ so should this event be postponed, please note your ticket purchase will automatically transfer over to the new date or a credit will be available to one of our other Premium networking events for FY21-22.
No ticket refunds.
While we will do our best to accommodate any seating requests, we cannot guarantee that attendees will be seated together unless booked as a table or half table group.
