Event Details

Have you ever felt like you're waiting to be found out, that others have an inflated view of you, or that your success comes down to luck? Well, you're not alone. Research shows that up to 70% (!!!) of the population, both men and women, experience 'Imposter Syndrome' throughout their careers, and it can come at a high cost both professionally and personally.

Being able to recognise and talk about feelings of imposterism is a great first step towards overcoming it, and as such, we invite you to join us on Wednesday 8th June for our 'Overcoming Imposter Syndrome' event at Resource Furniture's Richmond showroom , we'll explore imposter experiences and hear from our guest speakers about how it shows up in their life, and tools they use to ensure their internal imposter is quietened.

When we truly own and appreciate our successes and who we are, we can change our internal narrative and lead from a place of confidence. The truth is, we may never banish these feelings entirely, but together we can build confidence on one simple truth – you are more capable than you think.
