Creating a successful negotiation is both an art and science. When it comes to a successful negotiation, having a negotiation coach is invaluable. An experienced negotiation coach not only serves as an objective advisor who understands the dynamics of the negotiation process, but can also provide guidance on the benefits and takeaways for both parties.

Allan Tsang is an experienced negotiation Coach and the founder of 88Owls.com. With over a decade and a half of experience training professionals from around the world, he brings a diverse background to the table. His expertise in negotiations and knowledge of business dynamics enables him to identify and address areas of potential risk or opportunity, providing customized solutions to his clients' needs.

Technical Negotiation Program Overview

Content Outline: Learning what & how on the negotiation tools, skills building

Duration: 4 consecutive weeks (commencing Wednesday 24th of May)

Session length: 4 x 90 minutes sessions held weekly on a Wednesday

Time: 11:30 am - 1:00 pm Australia Sydney time (GMT+10)

Capacity: Numbers will be strictly limited to ensure maximised coach to student interaction

Purpose & Objectives

  • Become a competent negotiation professional. This program would help you whether you are looking to negotiate your salary, performance review, promotion, being a better leader (manage in leadership roles, people management, change management, project contracts, etc), giving and receiving feedback, and emotional intelligence.
  • The tactical program helps subscribers learn negotiation in the trenches. This program will:
  • Help those that are afraid of conflicts that cause them to panic and freeze under pressure. They will be able to move from conflict avoidance to engaging in effective relationship building.
  • Learn how to manage extreme emotions that prevent effective communication. They will be able to move from uncertainty to confidence.
  • Help professionals deal with dissatisfied clients who threaten to leave or aggressive counterparts that make unreasonable demands. They will move from unnecessary compromises and concessions to resolutions that move their efforts forward.

Fee: USD $1,980 (approx. AU$2,970 inc. GST*)

*invoicing will be charged in USD noting currency exchange rate may cause minimal fluctuation
